Danny Wuerffel, George Rogers, Tony Dorsett, Marcus Allen and Charlie Ward were among the famous athletes to volunteer on Friday.

The event is a culmination of Habitat's nationwide campaign, Home is the Key. Throughout April, Home is the Key gathered Habitat sponsors, celebrities and community leaders to unlock futures and change lives so that even more families have access to decent housing,

Since 2006, Nissan has helped build more than 75 homes, logged more than 80,000 volunteer hours and contributed $14 million to the organization.

This is the fifth year of the Heisman Youth Football Clinic, an event created in collaboration with Nissan and the Heisman Trophy Trust. The clinic has occurred with the organizations' home builds for Habitat for Humanity in Dallas, New Orleans, Los Angeles and Nashville.

This year the clinic is hosted on Georgia Tech's campus at the Mary R. & John F. Brock Football Practice Facility.
